Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the property size or condition differs significantly on arrival, we will agree any changes with you before starting.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking so we can reallocate the team.
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no extra cost.
